MichaelSullivan > From the archives - Fargo had closed most business and advised no travel during the last storm which dumped 10" of heavy wet snow. Mostly emergency routes were cleared for the flood fighting efforts, leaving side streets a bit of a mess. So, I stayed home. It won't be long and we'll see green again. I've decided this is the last full winter I spend in this place. Perhaps a long vacation in Florida or San Diego? Someplace warm with water. ;-)

MichaelSullivan > It's not often the birds will stay put and pose. This little fella appreciated his perch and wasn't bothered by me or the car. However, I didn't find this bird in my book. Anyone know what it is?
MichaelSullivan > Hummers! Ruby-throated Hummingbird - male! I generally don't shoot around feeders and have often been very frustrated trying to get decent hummer shots in flight! Yesterday was no exception! LOL! Out of a hundred shots, I came away with 6 which aren't too bad. The rest are in gallery. Be blessed.
